What Is Infrared Scenario Training?
Our mobile unit uses an advanced infrared simulation system to project high-definition, branching video scenarios onto a screen. Trainees use infrared-equipped training firearms — identical in weight and feel to their duty weapons — to engage or de-escalate threats as they unfold in real time.
The system tracks every shot, records decision points, and captures reaction times. After each scenario, S. John Pruitt conducts a structured debrief — reviewing what happened, why, and what should happen differently next time.
Because no live ammunition is used, the unit can be deployed to virtually any location, including police departments, security offices, organizations, or event venues.
